NEBU RA DAHABEYA

Sailing through Egyptian taste and tradition

Our food philosophy mirrors the ethos of our sail: locally sourced, thoughtfully prepared, and presented on handmade Egyptian ceramics, making every meal a work of art.

On board NEBU RA, every meal is part of the journey. The menu, curated by Avec Karim, trained at École Ducasse and Guy Savoy, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, celebrates Egyptian cuisine enriched with Mediterranean and French influences.

Inspired by regional traditions along the Nile, dishes are seasonal, fresh, and prepared on board, allowing each meal to reflect both the place and the moment.

  • Breakfast begins the day at an unhurried pace, offering a thoughtful balance of Egyptian classics and familiar Western favorites, setting a relaxed tone for the morning ahead.
  • Lunch is flexible and flows naturally with your day, whether you’re cruising along the river or exploring on shore.
  • Dinner anchors the evening as a refined, set-menu experience. Guests gather around the table to share stories, reflect on the day, and enjoy carefully composed flavors in an intimate setting.
Between meals, light dishes and snacks are available upon request. Menus can also be adapted to dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring every dining experience feels personal, considered, and memorable.
